The Leadership at Culduthel Christian Centre consists of our Pastor Bill Slack and 6 elders: James Campbell, Norman Cordiner, Allan Dunbar, Angus Jamieson, Alex Paterson and Ian Tweedie.
Below is a little information about each of them:

James was born and brought up in Inverness and is married to Liz. They have five children, James Peter, Mike, Emma, and twins Becky and Sara. James is Chief Executive of Blythswood Care a International Christian Relief Aid Charity, which takes him on visits to Eastern Europe, Africa & Asia. James is involved with Property Management and personnel and teaches in the Junior YF at CCC. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with the family encouraging them in different sports like rugby and hockey, and enjoys walking Dylan the family spaniel.

Norman originally from Aberdeen has lived in Inverness since 1977 where he has a property rental business. He and his wife Christine were one of the original six founding couples in the church in 1984. They have 3 grown-up children. He is primarily involved as the Link Elder for the Facilities Ministry.

Allan and his wife Christine came to Inverness from Aberdeen in 1969 having an opportunity to develop Allan's career in the Garage business. Their daughter Kirsten and son Jonathan are both married and they have two grandsons, Alastair and Callum. A founder member of the church and Elder Allan is involved in the Children’s Ministry and Pastoral Care.

Angus is a maritime surveyor in the offshore oil industry. He and His wife Alison, a care worker, have three children, Fiona, Heather and Iain. Angus is primarily involved in Bible Teaching and Preaching and is the link elder for Youth. He is a regular teacher at the Junior Youth Fellowship and currently remains unbeaten as the ten pin bowling champion as long as he is playing against 13 year olds.

Originally from Ayrshire, Alex and his family -Tracey, Scott and Greg - moved to Inverness in 2001. He works as a Director of an economic development agency. At CCC Alex is the Church Treasurer and is involved in Kidzone and preaching activities. He enjoys photography and is keen on sport (increasingly watching rather than participating since his knees have started to play up!).

Ian is involved in different activities in the Centre, including teaching young people and serving at the Teen Cafe and the Coffee Shop. He is also the church Secretary. Ian is employed as a part-time solicitor. but says he never really wants to grow up (“life is too short”). Ian says he is most fortunate to be married to Eleanor, who makes sure he stays on the straight and narrow. He is a keen golfer and says he is more keen than able! Ian's motto is “to live life with integrity and make a difference in the lives of others.”
